Key responsibilities：

· Working with lawyers in both the corporate and disputes teams,assisting mainly with legal research and drafting ;

· Helping to keep our lawyers updated with new laws and regulations;and

· Providing support for business development initiatives as required.

Qualifications：

· Second-year Master Degree candidate (applicants who are notcurrently enrolled in a PRC university will not be considered)

· Good academic grades

· Satisfaction of each of the work-based and behavioural competenciesset out below

· A genuine commitment to perform as a part of a team for theduration of the internship

Work-based competencies：

· Excellent English, both oral and written

· Good command of the modern Chinese language

· Superior analytical and reasoning skills
