Job Title: Demand Analysis Senior Specialist/Supervisor

Department: Finance

Supervisor: Demand Analysis Manager

Purpose of Job:

To assist Demand Analysis Manager in Great China (China, HK & TW) demand analysis by utilizing a high level of analytical ability and advanced statistical knowledge to collect, model, and analyze complex data. Oversee the FP&A function for TW and HK and help to develop the local staff and process with best practice by leveraging the China resources and experience.

Primary Duties and Respibilities:

1. Produce sales results analysis/Category report/SKU report on a monthly basis by cidering the effect of data from appropriate sources such as the historical sales and other information gleaned from interacti with Marketing and Sales Department (weight: 20%)

2. Deliver OFA highlights/Forecast tracking report (A, B, C Class)/Pre-SOP report on monthly basis to facilitate the regular OFA meeting with Dallas Forecasting and GIC team for proper stock planning (weight: 15%)

3. Prepare monthly 06/08 products forecasting based on historical data and communication with relevant departments and continuously improve the forecast accuracy with advanced statistical models (weight: 20%)

4. Support company's key projects (such as BBP, Ladder of Success, General Food, etc.) from demand perspective and provide sound financial advice on key decisi using factual and accurate financial analysis (weight: 15%)

5. Assist in the process improvement for HK & TW's FP&A analysis by leveraging the China experience and resources (weight: 20%)

6. Assist in the quarterly latest estimate(LE) and annual budget based on corporate strategic business plan for SOS as well as SKU volume (weight: 10%)

Education/Knowledge/Experience Required:

1. Minimum bachelor’s degree in Economics /Management /Finance /Statistics

2. 4-5 years’ relevant experience on business/demand analysis or FP&A

3. Good analytical skills; Logical thinking; Good command of Excel, Powerpoint and statistics tools; Efficient communication
