Before he founded CashBUS in 2014, he was a Senior Investment Advisor for China Growth Capital (CGC), a tier-1 venture capital firm investing in early-stage consumer and enterprise technology startups in China and US.CashBUS is a microfinance company established in 2014 and headquartered in Shanghai, offering small short-term micro- and installment loans for the underbanked in China. Since its establishment has been the international top venture capital totaling $30 million investment.Mr. Jonathan Gao, Founder & CEO at Tripint and PushrJonathan is an erial entrepreneur in HR industry, has 11 years of experience, particularly focuses on talent acquisition and employer branding.Engaging in various types of service models, including the search for professional personnel, RPO (recruitment process outsourcing) and BPO (business process outsourcing).Depth involving in a variety of practical activities, covering manufacture, FMCG (fast-moving consumer goods), finance, professional services and other industries.International work experience, which includes Greater China, Asia Pacific, Europe and the United states. In charge of external recruitment experts and company's internal HR recruitment as well. 5 years of experience in operation and management of human capital and internet business. The goal is to change and reconstruct the recruitment system in the world.Mr. Davide Cali, Co-founder & CTO at MagicStickDavide Calì is a manager, entrepreneur and scientist who has successfully delivered more than 500 IT projects during his over 20 years career. In 2010 he was the software expert of the Italian government delegation at the World Exhibition in Shanghai where he moved at beginning of 2015.As manager he started his career in 1999 directing the European Web Business Unit in the multinational company Grapes Communications. Grapes was founded by Warburg-Pinkus and financed by Chase Manhattan Bank and Merryl Linch and was leader of enterprise southern European enterprise telecom market. He was in charge to manage the IDC and the 400 people websites development unit.From 2001 to 2015 he has been CTO and partner of 4 Italian and 3 International IT startups. At the moment he is CEO of Expand and GM/Founder of a revolutionary smart Hardware device which raised over 500.000 USd on Indiegogo.His accomplishments were acknowledged by international awards and large media coverage in Italy and abroad by magazine like Forbes, Sole 24 Ore, PcWorld, and Tech in Asia. Mr. Jerry Lin, Managing Partner at Solaris Capital PartnersJerry earned his MBA degree from Hult International Business School and his Bachelor’s Degrees in Finance and Psychology from the University of British Columbia. Prior to Solaris, he led investments on secondary markets at ScotiaBank, the second largest bank in Canada. Later, Jerry joined NewGen Venture Partners and served as Vice President, focusing on early investments in Mobile Internet, Consumption Upgrade, and Culture and Entertainment. During this time, he led and participated in nearly 100 deals, including 107 Room, hiStarter and Nautilus Fair. Jerry likes young and energetic entrepreneurs who know the industry really well and are passionate about their ventures.Mr. Jack CAO, Founder & CEO of AceBridge, Chairman of Wise InvestmentJack CAO | Fudan-MIT MBA, Founder & CEO of AceBridge, Chairman of Wise Investment, ever worked for Temasek focusing on private equity investment in industrial, property, healthcare, consumer, SOE reform etc. He started his own venture, AceBridge, in 2014, building a resource sharing platform to connect entreprenuers and investors, solving problems and providing services. He is also Founder of AceBridge Global Elite Network, Founder of International Private Equity Club, Vice Chairman of China SME Asociation, Member of China Youth Angel Investor Association, Member of Shanghai Angel Investor Association.September 8th, 2016
