我是Pascha, 目前在上海波特曼丽思卡尔顿酒店担任餐饮部副总监。我以餐饮部副经理的身份加入三亚亚龙湾丽思卡尔顿酒店,在那里我得到学习和成长的机会。在2011年,我调转到上海波特曼丽思卡尔顿酒店成为餐饮部经理,管理Palladio餐厅。随后我被提升为餐厅总监,现在,我是上海波特曼丽思卡尔顿酒店的餐饮部副总监。


作为提供奢华服务体验的领导者,我们为行业提供餐饮服务和烹饪体验的标杆。在我们酒店,餐饮部的日常运营体现了丽思传奇服务,也是丽思卡尔顿秘诀的基础部分。我们有服务信念和员工承诺,我们不断在每日的工作中实践并改进。

My journey started as Assistant Beverage Manager in China at the Ritz-Carlton, Sanya. From there, I moved on to the Portman Ritz-Carlton, Shanghai as F&B Service Manager, took over Palladio Restaurant as Manager. Then I was promoted to Director of Outlets and currently hold Assistant Director of F&B position.
 
Known as the number 1 provider of luxury hospitality experience, we are establishing the benchmark for F&B service as well as culinary experience. The legendary RC service is seen throughout our daily F&B operations and is a fundamental part of our Mystique. We have values and promises, we are keeping up and living on a daily basis.
 
Creating guests for life and memorable experiences on a daily basis, making a difference from the moment we step up in the morning …those are the “happy moments” coming on a daily basis.
