赛事声明
我公司受主办方：维根泰客文化发展（上海）有限公司委托，独家承办“2017首届素跑马拉松赛（上海站）”，并授权我公司法人代表邹荣杰 担任本届比赛的赛事总监，全权处理并决定赛事期间发生的任何争执和成绩问题。
我公司将按照赛事的各项管理办法对参赛运动员做出如下的声明：运动员出现以下情况将被取消参赛资格或取消成绩
1、不服从赛事管理的运动员，将被取消参赛资格；
2、不符合参赛要求的人员，将被取消参赛资格；
3、未参与赛前号码布领取检录/佩戴防作弊手环；
4、对志愿者出现不文明行为（含说脏话），将被取消成绩；
5、替跑或者伪造参赛凭证，都将被取消参赛资格并取消参赛成绩；
6、抄近道或者故意干扰其他运动员，将被取消取消参赛成绩；
如发现任何上述问题，将按照本赛事声明进行处罚

RACE STATEMENT

1, disobey the management of athletes, will be disqualified;
2, disobey the requirements of the competition, will be disqualified;
3, did not participate in the game to receive call number cloth / wearing anti cheat bracelet;
4, the uncivilized behavior of the volunteers (including swearing), will be disqualified;
5, running for others or forging a certificate of participation, will be disqualified and cancel the results;
