上海事务所：

Digital Marketing Coordinator

This is a role responsible for the coordination of the China team’s social media and online requirements under the direction of the Marketing Manager. Primarily supporting our teams across Shanghai, Shenzhen and Chengdu, the Digital Marketing Coordinator will also work with our teams in Australia through assistance in the translation of marketing documents and online communications.

We are seeking a candidate that is an excellent communicator, with a focus on online communications; a ‘self-starter’ who can work independently and show initiative. The candidate will need to have on the ground experience and ideally have worked within the development industry.  

The successful candidate will manage the role in a professional and efficient manner, reflecting and enhancing the company’s reputation. The role will include duties such as:

-      Manage social media channels and messaging

-      Coordinate website updates

-      Review website analytics

-      Assist in the development of SEO

-      Assist with marketing collateral development

-      Event assistance

Essential Experience:

-     Min. 2 years’ experience in an online communications role

-     High level written and verbal communication skills

-     Social media management experience

-     The ability to work under pressure

-     The ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times

-     Good organisational and time management skills

-     The ability to proactively seek out and develop/create great online content

-     The ability to create content that can be easily adapted to work across multiple social media platforms

-     To have a sound understanding of social media networks such as WeChat, Sina Weibo, Instagram, Pinterest, Youku and LinkedIn

-     Display demonstrated experience in online audience growth and engagement

-     The ability to work autonomously and within a team

-     Able to manage and prioritise deadlines

-     A highly motivated worker

-     Have a sound knowledge of Microsoft Office and Outlook

-     Have a sound knowledge of InDesign and Photoshop

-     Bilingual

Desirable Experience:

-     Experience in the development industry

-     Event management experience

深圳事务所：

资深景观设计师

工作内容：

1.    能独立完成项目总图设计；

2.    具有良好的团队合作精神，组织和管理团队的能力；

3.    协助部门负责人完成项目设计，领导团队按时完成文本及动画制作；

4.    以专业的态度与甲方沟通协调，合理解决设计问题并获得甲方认可。

任职资格：

1.    风景园林、园林设计、环境艺术、城市规划等相关专业大学本科以上学历；

2.    至少有5年相关行业工作经验，具有较强的方案规划和深化设计能力，成功设计和操作过中型或大型综合性景观项目；

3.    具备良好的培训和演讲技能，能通过清晰、有逻辑、有感染力地沟通和汇报，获得甲方认可，取得良好沟通效果；

4.    英文熟练者优先考虑。

景观设计师

工作内容： 

负责园林景观设计扩初设计工作，熟悉相关规范，配合项目经理在规定时间内完成工作。

任职资格： 
1.   建筑规划、园林景观等相关专业大专及以上学历； 
2.   2年以上园林景观施工图工作经验； 

3.   具备良好的沟通交流能力以及团队协助精神，有高度的责任感；

4.   精通AutoCAD等相关制作软件，英语良好者优先考虑。

成都事务所：

项目经理

工作内容：

1.  负责管理并执行方案设计、扩初及施工图各阶段的设计成果提交并出席现场施工指导；

2.  以专业的态度与甲方沟通协调，全程跟踪整个景观项目，确保各专业技术矛盾问题的最合理解决及项目高质量的实施； 

3.  负责园林景观扩初设计工作，熟悉相关规范，高效保证项目时间节点； 
4.  负责园林景观相关的现场技术支持工作，了解施工工艺，及时解决、纠正施工中发现的问题。 

任职资格： 
1.  热爱景观专业，具有优秀的细节设计能力，强烈的责任感； 
2.  熟悉景观设计从方案到施工图各个工作阶段流程； 
3.  具有8年以上同甲方直接沟通、项目协调及扩初施工图设计经验； 
4.  有能力把控工作进度并在规定时间提交成果。
