The second season of the The English Interpretation Show, Bicultural Voice began in September, 2016. The ShanghaiEye Outstanding Awards is the final round for the top three teams from the middle school, high school, and college categories. It will entail an online vote, a final presentation, and voting by experts to determine which team will earn the ShanghaiEye Award.

第二届“话说东西”上海市大中学生英语口译展示活动自2016年9月启动，得到了许多大中学校和学生的热情参与，经过同学们才艺的充分展示，共有24支团队进入最后一轮展示。为了让更多学生了解活动，并展示入围团队的风采，经组委会专家讨论决定，每组别表现最佳的3个团队进入“ShanghaiEye最佳风采奖”候选名单，他们将经过网络评选、最后一轮展示、专家投票三个环节，最终每个组别将产生1支优秀团队获得“ShanghaiEye最佳风采奖 ”。

Online Voting rules:
1.   Every registered user can vote once a day for every category. Votes beyond the first per day will not be counted.
2.   The voting period will run from March 16th to March 22nd, 10:00-24:00.

3. Scan the QR code and type in “话说东西”,  then get to voting!

网络评选细则（仔细阅读）:

1、每个注册用户每天限投一次，在每组别中限投1票，否则视为无效。
2、网络投票起止时间为：2017年3月16日—2017年3月22日，每日10:00—24:00。

3、投票入口：扫下方二维码，进入ShanghaiEye页面，回复“话说东西”即可投票。
